IBC Mixers
Overview:
The range of IBC mixers mount directly into standard plastic Intermediate bulk containers, (IBCs) with the impellor designed to fold into standard 150mm screw cap opening, making it easy to fix onto the IBCs.
The impellor re-suspend product that has settled in storage or transportation.
The IBC mixers are designed for standard plastic Intermediate bulk containers, (IBCs) with a volume of 1000 and 800 litres.
The IBC mixers can be used on most tote bins / containers, this includes: Van Leer, Schütz, Sotralentz, Ecobulk and Werts.
Typical viscosity range from 1.0 to 15000 cp. Depending on the application, the mixer model and impellor will be selected for the relevant duty.
Wetted parts are 316 stainless steel or other material is available on request.
The mixer bridge can be offered with an optional hopper for powder addition or 1” BSP ports for liquids.
The motor can be either electric or pneumatic, (air motor).
