High Shear Mixers
Overview:
The high shear mixer can be used as a batch mixer, mounted on the top of a vessel or mounted on the bottom of the vessel / tank.
The high shear mixer can be used inline and mounted on a skid, which can be placed in various locations, (if required)
The mixer has a rotor that rotates at high speed within the static stator, as the rotor passes each opening of the stator, mechanically shear breaks down particles and droplets.
Additional mixers may be required to help move product around the vessel.
The motor size starts from 0.75kW up to 15kW
